Big Green Egg Holiday Baked Brie Charcuterie Board

 This gorgeous holiday baked brie board also stars dried fruit, artichokes, salami, herbs and nuts, and you can make it in a Big Green Egg!

Ingredients:

1-8 oz wheel of Brie

1 sheet of  frozen puff pastry, thawed

Nuts of your choice, we used walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds and pistachios

Sliced apple

Pomegranate arils

Sundried tomatoes, dried pineapple and any other dried fruit of your choice

Fresh herbs of your choice, we used thyme, rosemary

Fresh fruit of your choice

Rustic crackers

DIrections:

Set the oven or the Big Green Egg for indirect cooking with a convEGGtor at 350°F

Use a sharp knife to score the top of the brie. Roll out the puff pastry. Dust a work surface with a small amount of flour. Unwrap 1 sheet puff pastry and place it on the flour. Coat a rolling pin with a little flour and roll out the puff pastry into a rough 11-inch square. Wrap the pastry dough around the brie

Line a cast iron skillet with with parchment paper and place wheel of Brie in the middle of the skillet. Bake for 15-20 minutes. The cheese should be soft, but not completely melted out of shape.

Build the board with all other ingredients and garnish with fresh herbs and pomegranate arils.
